Personality: Outwardly very friendly, particularly cordial, and seemingly a model student, Deimos maintains the façade so as to more effectively pursue his dogma of Yin.
History: Deimos was an abandoned child, left to an unusual sect of Taoism, which believed that the ultimate nature of the universe was that of slow decomposition, or entropy. Deeply devoted to the concept of balance between the elements of Yin and Yang, this sect feels that the development of man has largely ignored the element of Yin, causing a natural backlash. Only by relieving this imbalance will mankind be able to evolve past their current stagnant state, and fulfill their true purpose.
Deimos trained his body daily in Aikido and some Karate, his mind in meditative botany, and his Ki in the manipulation of Yin. After many years of training of the body, mind, and in the yin energies, Deimos was asked to enroll in Dueling Academy as a favor to the Himalayan Dueling Dojo. Deimos obeyed, heading towards the nearest port which traveled to the Academy's island, doing odd jobs along the way, building a deck and dueling experience, as well as studying in libraries to pass the entrance exam. After months of building up a suitable base, he finally reached Duel Academy and took the entrance exam, although a bit older than normal. While not sufficiently rich or skilled to enter Obelisk Blue, his test scores did manage to send him to Ra Yellow, suiting Deimos very well.
Deimos spends much of his time focused on unusual strategies and other personal agendas, leading to an apparent lack of knowledge of events around campus, and a general 'stealth' quality in regards to other students.
Abilities: Trained extensively in manipulation of yin energies, and somewhat in botany, as a meditation tool.
